These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the OrderNxt platform to access hotel services, dining, and wellness amenities.

1. Scope of Service

OrderNxt is a technology platform that connects Hotel Guests with Hotel Services. We facilitate the ordering process but do not prepare food, provide spa treatments, or operate the hotel facilities.

2. Guest Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate room information to ensure correct delivery.
  • Use the platform only for lawful requests authorized by the hotel.
  • Accept responsibility for all charges (Room Service, Spa, etc.) incurred through the app, which will be added to your final hotel bill or charged immediately, depending on the hotel's policy.

3. Food & Beverage Orders

  • Allergies: It is your responsibility to verify ingredients with the hotel staff if you have severe allergies. OrderNxt displays menu descriptions provided by the hotel but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Alcohol: Orders containing alcohol are subject to age verification by hotel staff upon delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

OrderNxt is not liable for the quality, safety, or timeliness of the services provided by the Hotel (e.g., food quality, housekeeping delays). Any disputes regarding the service itself must be resolved directly with the Hotel management.

5. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app functionality at any time. Prices and menu availability are managed by the Hotel and are subject to change without notice.
